Session Description: These sessions are designed to foster open dialogue and collaboration among clinical educators, providing a platform to share experiences, challenges, and innovative ideas. This quarter, we will focus on celebrating achievements in Clinical Education and fostering a culture of excellence. In large and small group discussions, we will explore how Clinical Education programs and regional consortia celebrate the achievements of Clinical Educators through various forms of recognition, including awards and incentives. We will also examine key elements of organizational culture that foster excellence, such as employee compensation, career advancement opportunities, and allocated administrative time. Finally, we will address current trends and concerns within clinical education, offering a space for participants to share insights and seek advice. We look forward to your participation and the valuable contributions you bring to these discussions. Let’s come together to celebrate our successes and address the challenges in advancing clinical education.
