- Identify opportunities for coaching to bolster the support of students and clinicians in the clinical environment
- Discuss foundational skills for effectively coaching students and clinicians.
- Practice building an alliance to establish effective communication and feedback strategies.
- Apply foundational coaching concepts to support clinical reasoning and professional development.
- Support students in navigating personal, academic, and professional challenges in a way that empowers them.
